ALIENS VS. PREDATOR: REQUIEM - TRAILER

August 25th 2007 09:05
aliens vs predator requiem

Wow, that went fast, since few days ago we found out what the title is for this sequel, Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem, FOX already released a trailer. An R-rated one too.

I must say I don't expect much, but after watching the trailer I don't expect little either. It's quite full of action, the monsters look good and so does Reiko Aylesworth. The effects are awesome too, but that's no surprise considering the two brothers who directed it have worked on visual effects for a large number of big flicks.

Enough said. WARNING: If you're a young dude or weak at heart, this isn't approved for you.

That was better then I could have imagined the sequel to be. Finally adult violence mwa-hahahaha.

Is it me or did the main woman in the trailer look suspiciously like Rilpley.

looks like fun.

I thought AVP 1 was okay.

Alien Resuraction which was very splatter. I thought was a bit infantile.

Just hope this lives upto the earlier ones.

ah yes, hollywood cliches hit a new low.

Crappy stolen line meant to sound cool ('no one can hear you scream') obligatory 'fuck you' (which made this whoel trailer R rated, not the gore), wet ex-underwear model firing a machine gun, Alien and Predator having a brawl, Alien cutting people into pieces, Predator cutting people into pieces, human killing alien, government type deciding it would be better to contain a threat instead of blow it up yet has enough heart to actually send soldiers in (or a flaw in his character), government type getting killed.

I dunno, did I miss any?

AVP, how thy sins are covered over......

It looks like they finally got the idea right. In AVP 1, the problem is that the large armour plated beings were not left alone to kill each other in relative peace and quiet. Also, that the Predators got killed with the relative ease of eating pancakes.

Still, not going to see it with Nata.
