JIM CARREY'S FACE ON 23 POSTER
November 22nd 2006 22:11
I never believed Jim Carrey's face would be make such good poster. Well, it's not his "regular" face; I mean it's full with scripts and the "Number 23", but still...
"Number 23" is Jim's next movie, when while he read a book he realizes that it's applied to his life. And if that isn't enough, the book ends with a murder yet to be committed. Exciting stuff, huh?
Jim Carrey has become a lot better since he started making more "serious" movies, so I'm looking forward to this. The plot sounds great as well.
Joel Schumacher is directing, which can be good (Phone Booth, The Phantom of the Opera) but can be bad too (Batman & Robin). I'm hoping for good.
Release date: 23 February 2007.

(if you don't vote Jim will make another Ace Ventura movie)

Yeah Jim Carrey is actually someone who I want to keep making serious movies rather than the slapstick of the 90s, though that had its time. Then again, according to American Dad, "I'm going to quit trying to do the Majestic and go back to Ace Ventura."
And in Adam Sandler's case, "People don't want Punch Drunk Love = we want more Waterboy"

Yea, Jim is a lot better in these recent movies of his, than the usual comedic ones. Although another Liar Liar wouldn't hurt...
On the other hand, Adam is better in making comedies, but I really loved "Click", a half-comedy and half-drama type of thing.
We'll see...
