LaBEOUF IS READY FOR INDIANA JONES
April 15th 2007 15:50
This guy, Shia LaBeouf, is probably not someone many know about. He's a pretty young actor, with not a very long resume. However, what he has done is impressive.
Lots of TV to begin with and then some great movies in a supporting role. Few years ago he got the main role in Holes, a good movie with Jon Voight and Sigourney Weavermade in it as well.
Later on he starred in quite nice movie by Disney, The Greatest Game Ever Played. This is where I saw him for the first time (in a feature at least) and I thought he did a professional job. I couldn't imagine what would come next though.
Today he's the hero in several popular movies, one of which premiered not long ago. Disturbia. It's a thriller that hasn't gotten the best reviews but not the worse either. Sounds a good concept to me though and I will probably check it out when I get around to it.
Something A LOT bigger - Transformers. Cibbuano attended a preview and it seems like he's doing a great performance there as well. Now, when you got a part in Tranformers, you know you're good. If you get a STARRING role in Transformers, you know you got a bright future ahead of you.
Shia LaBeouf is also voicing the penguin in animated Surf's Up. The hero penguin, of course.
Now something as good as Transformers, if not better, is set for LaBeouf - the next Indiana Jones. This is what I'm talking about! Spielberg said:
We are excited about bringing Shia into our Indy family, his talent has impressed not only his audiences throughout his young career but the directors, producers and fellow actors who have worked with him in his television career and now his film career.
Look out for this guy, because he'll be the actor your children will see as the next Tom Cruise. Or Sean Penn. Or everyone with a similar nose for that matter (no offense to these noses, I got one myself I think).
Let's just wait for more info on the upcoming Indiana Jones now, unless Harrison Ford is retired by the time it'll be shot. Just joking, the dates are already set and it's supposed to have a release late spring next year.

I think he's the big star as well. If it continues like this...
Are you sure i misspelled? The tiny "a"? It just looks cooler... I'm sure LaBeouf would appreciate it. =)
Hi DuskDevi!
Yes, he's that kid. Lucky bastard. I want to be saved by CA too... But not from bad guys - from my misery.
LOL
It's right on the nose indeed. I don't know much about... noses, but is this what they call jewish?
I'm fine thank you. Are you? No need to answer that, strong women always are.
