TALK TO ME - POSTER

May 12th 2007 16:11
I'm a Don Cheadle fan, basically because very movie he's in turns out to be really frikkin' good. Like Hotel Rwanda, Ocean's Eleven, Crash and Reign Over Me.

The fact that he's cool in real life as well is a nice bonus.

Anyhow, I know he won't let me down with the next movie coming up soon. It has already screened at the ShoWest and gotten great reviews. Other than that, biographical dramas are never wrong.

It's called Talk to Me, the story of Ralph Waldo "Petey" Greene (Don Cheadle), an outspoken ex-con who talked his way into becoming an iconic radio personality in the 1960s in Washington, D.C. [IMDB]

Take a look at the poster below and tell me how much this movie will rule.

HOSTEL 2 - POSTER

May 11th 2007 15:51
There's a new poster out for the horror flick Hostel 2 out. Eli Roth says it will be as good if not better than the first, so fans shouldn't worry about it. The trailer didn't show much, but managed to transfer the film's feeling well.

GREENESTREET FILMS POSTERS

May 11th 2007 11:50
Greenestreet is a production company based in New York. It has managed to create some nice "big" movies to be released this year.

Recently it released four posters from four films that all seem interesting to me. They're not very big, but here we go.

Tenderness
Starring Russel Crowe, Tenderness is a drama about a cop who tries to figure out if a teen murdered his family or not. [IMDB]

Bill poster
Bill, a comedy about a man with a cheating wife and a rebellious teen. Aaron Eckhart and Jessica Alba is never wrong. [IMDB]

Awake poster
This is a rather ugly poster, but I get it. It makes sense considering Awake is about a guy who remains conscious during his open heart surgery. Jessica Alba in this as well and Hayden Christensen. [IMDB]

Gary Coach poster
Gary the Tennis Coach, the smallest of these movies, but still promising. A comedy with Seann William Scott (American Pie) in it. [IMDB]

SICKO POSTER ART

May 11th 2007 11:00
Michael Moore is the kind of guy that gets on everybody's nerves, in a successful way. Weird but true. Sicko is the next movie he'll show that skill of his.

I remember seeing Bowling for Columbine and thought it was a masterpiece. Then Fahrenheit 9/11, still good but not as great. Hopefully this trend will be broken with Sicko and Moore will take us to the top once again

Since a lot of people look forward to Iron Man, I though it wouldn't hurt to post a high-res version of a picture we already saw a week or so ago. But not only that, cause here's a nice pic of Robert Downey Jr. as well.

Man this is gonna be good! (pics through Superhero Hype

STARDUST - CLIPS AND POSTER

May 7th 2007 23:25
Stardust is one of this year's biggest adapted movies. Up there with The Golden Compass.

If you haven't yet, watch the trailer right away. It actually looks promising. So does this new poster, transferring the mysterious, adventurous feeling of the book and movie

THE GOLDEN COMPASS - POSTER

May 4th 2007 10:15
Judging by the production trailer we had a look at few weeks ago, this is gonna be a great adventure. I'm more excited about this fantasy adaptation than anything similar lately.

The Golden Compass has the cast, the effects and now the amazing poster

Aren't we all excited about this? We should be, the previews so far show a bright future, not similar to the Simpsons' TV-show.

We've seen the amusing trailer so let's move on to the new character posters available

BUG - POSTERS

May 2nd 2007 10:43
Recently two quite nice posters were released, of the thriller Bug.

Why Bug? Because it's about a paranoid, unhinged, war veteran who sees insects everywhere and holes up with a lonely woman in a spooky Oklahoma motel room [IMDB]. Sounds lame, I know, but the buzz is good so I'm sure there's more to it

MY BLUEBERRY NIGHTS - POSTER

May 1st 2007 08:04
Cannes is getting closer and all we can do is watch it happen from a distance. However, soon enough we'll also be able to enjoy the movies they'll see, so let's start with one of them.

My Blueberry Nights seems very promising. In fact, the most promising of the whole Cannes-list. At least from the English-speaking ones
