The best movies seem to be the ones created by comics these days. Especially with some 300 mixed in there.
Very soon Spiderman 3 has its premiere worldwide, but in Tokyo it's already begun. Therefore, we can also read some reviews by the people that have seen it over there. Let me tell you, now I REALLY want to see it. And I am,
About Batman, we can get an idea of the Joker already. First of all, the Joker will be played by Heath Ledger, a very smart move if you ask me. He might not be "that kind of guy", but he's a talented actor and talented actors are always "that kind of guys".
Sources say the Joker won't be very happy-looking, since he will have "gray skin with lots of scarring". Also there won't be a purple suit but more of a random collection of clothes, you know, to look more weird and scary. Maybe he'll look something like this, from Batman #663 (through Cinematical):

I am soooooo looking forward to 'Batman'...I love Christian Bale as The Dark Knight.

comic book nerdgraphic novel aficionado (hey...it's an art people) and collector....and Bale captured the intensity of BatMan....that scene where is standing on a steeple of a skyscraper...watching Gotham....shrouded in his cloak...that is pure poetry...and totally hot!!Okay. I'm done.

Is there anything you aren't involved with? I mean seriously. I wish I knew as much as well, maybe I wouldn't have to ACT smart and BE smart instead.

I didn't know about the manga version, sounds cool. I don't know about the movie, but it's nice that the concept of Spiderman is available in more than one "style".
Maybe Japan should make a movie of it...
