TIM ROTH IS THE VILLAIN IN THE HULK
May 9th 2007 22:37
Great news folks!
I like most things Tim Roth touches and The Incredible Hulk is becoming greater with every announcement it makes. First Edward Norton and now Tim.
Tim Roth will be the villain, a real one unlike the Ang Lee version. He's Emil Blonsky who becomes the Abomination. More details from Variety:
Blonsky is a KGB agent who deliberately exposes himself to the gamma rays that caused Bruce Banner to morph into the Hulk. Blonsky has upped the dosage, making him larger and stronger than the Hulk, but unable to change back to human form. He blames Banner for his problem, and makes his best efforts to destroy the Hulk.
Next we'll see Tim Roth in Youth Without Youth, directed with Francis Ford Coppola.

I'm sure he'll be good in the role ... if his role as Pumkin (Ringo) in Pulp Fiction is any guide ...
I'm not sure whether I like his performance in the opening scene or, the scene with the Bad Motherfucka wallet best ... Let's call them even ...
